These are the real marigolds — tall, bold, and gloriously golden. Marigold ‘Day of the Dead Golden Yellow’ produces big, fantastic, super-double blooms in rich golden yellow on bushy plants that can reach about 3' tall and 3' wide. The effect is sunny, festive, and wonderfully abundant in beds, borders, vegetable gardens, and seasonal displays.

Also known as African marigold, this golden marigold is perfect for gardeners who want height, strong color, and classic warm-season flower power. Use it in mass plantings for a glowing ribbon of gold, tuck it into pollinator gardens, or cut the ruffled blooms for bright arrangements and Día de los Muertos-inspired floral displays. The saturated color pairs beautifully with zinnias, cosmos, salvias, sunflowers, grasses, and deep purple flowers.

Plant Marigold ‘Day of the Dead Golden Yellow’ in full sun with well-drained soil and regular water for best bloom. Big, bright, and joyfully showy, it is golden garden celebration. Explore more cheerful annuals in our Marigold collection.
