This makes the poultry grill basket the ideal base for your primal grilling adventure:

particularly juicy cooking result and unique aroma over an open fire

even cooking process thanks to the swivel and suspension eyes on each link rod

quick and safe fixation of the chicken by two connected half shells

easy temperature regulation by link chain
durable and insensitive material
The Petromax poultry grill basket turns your grilling adventure into an original experience with that extra flavor and incomparable smoky touch. Effortlessly grill chicken, poulards, legs of lamb or other meat specialties crispy in it. By fixing the two halves of the basket, the contents are firmly clamped and cooked directly over the open fire. The swivel helps to achieve an even cooking result and the link chain, in which the grill basket can be hooked, enables you to regulate the temperature almost infinitely. Thanks to the total of 8 hook-in eyelets, you benefit from 360° browning. This makes rustic roast chicken grilling at full flame power an unforgettable experience with great success: the skin becomes crispy all over and the meat is particularly tender and aromatic. The principle of the poultry grilling basket follows the example of slow food cooking, in which food is subjected to constant temperatures over a longer period of time for a gentle cooking process. The robust stainless steel basket revives the original instinct from the natural cooking process over blazing flames.
